How we handle the information you give us.
Truly Brickwork & Construction (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email. We are based at 14 Poplar Road, Rochester, ME2 2NR. You can contact us about privacy at info@trulybrickwork.co.uk.
What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, email, phone number, postcode and a description of your project, plus any photos you share.
- Anonymous usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages visited and the type of device used, to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the business: our email and website hosting providers, Google Analytics, and Calendly if you book a call. Where a job requires it, we may share relevant details with the local council or highway authority (for example, for a dropped-kerb application) with your agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed jobs are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, accounting and legal obligations, normally six years.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
